Having trouble with fitting your N95 or KN95 masks?
The Bellus3D Mask Fitter frame is a personalized 3D printed plastic frame that is contoured to the specific shape of a person’s face to improve the peripheral seal of surgical, KN95 or other masks.
How Are They Made?
In order to keep these fitters clean, correctly serialized, germ-free, and as safe as possible we produce all of our Mask Fitters using advanced medical grade 3D printed materials.
We print all of our Mask Fitters using 3D Systems MED-WHT on our in house Figure 4 Standalone 3D Printer. As a Canadian Authorized Partner of 3D Systems this material is an optimal solution for our customers and is ISO 10993-5 and -10 standard biocompatible, Thermal Resistance to over 100degrees Celcius, and can also be sterilized by autoclave (a critical part of reusing these fitters in medical environments).
How To Order
Second Scan Your Face:
- Download the Free Bellus3D app to scan your face. (the application does require an iPhone with a TrueDepth camera (iPhone X, Xs, Xs Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max).
- Click the 3D Print Button within the app and enter your email and your Order Code provided at checkout.
- Once the order is received production will begin and your mask fitter will be shipped out to you.
