3D Systems offers and extensive and versatile portfolio of engineered materials addresses the widest range of applications and performance characteristics in 3D printing, with plastic, elastomer, composite, wax, metal, bio-compatible and more material types.
Our 3D printing materials can mimic a wide array of engineering plastics, elastomers and composites and match your specific applications needs in terms of flexibility, durability, stiffness, toughness, stability, clarity, look and feel, bio-compatibility, temperature or water resistance and more. From concept modeling and functional testing to rapid tooling and direct parts manufacturing, improve your performances with 3D Systems’ plastics.
With a vast color gamut, ColorJet Printing composite material can generate stunningly beautiful, photo-realistic full-color parts for concept validation and communication. Using cyan, magenta, yellow and, in some printers black, binders to print onto a white powder, it can create both monochrome and full CMYK parts.
Consisting of core and binder materials, this composite can be used “green” or infiltrated to meet your needs – from stronger, photo-realistic parts to economical concept models.
VisiJet® PXL™ material builds realistic, high definition, full-color concept models, assemblies and prototypes. Choose from a range of finishing options to meet your needs, from ColorBond infiltration for stronger functional prototypes, to wax for creating concept models quickly, safely and affordably.
VisiJet PXL + StrengthMax infiltrant to dramatically improve the strength for functional models
VisiJet PXL + ColorBond infiltrant for improved strength and color vibrancy
VisiJet PXL + Wax infiltrant for fast, affordable, beautiful color models
VisiJet PXL + Salt Water infiltrant, ideal for very economical monochrome models

Ranging from aluminum, maraging steel, steel, various grades of titanium, as well as nickel and cobalt chrome alloys, 3D Systems offers you an extensive portfolio of sophisticated, ready-to-run metal alloys for Direct Metal Printing (DMP) with the respective, thoroughly tested build parameters for our DMP printer range.
Choose from our castable and pressable wax-ups materials, or our direct metal printing alloys, to quickly and economically produce crowns, bridges, veneers, partials and frames. Manufacture precision working models in stone-like materials, orthodontic thermoforming models in durable plastics, and drill guides with biocompatible and transparent materials. Explore unlimited design possibilities with direct metal printing of implant-supported structures.
With a choice of 100% wax material for high resolution patterns for use with standard lost-wax casting process or castable plastics for ash-free clean castings, increase metal castings quality and productivity. From micro-detailed to extra-large, get precision metal parts fast by printing accurate, repeatable and affordable sacrificial patterns without tooling.
Each personal 3D printer comes with a selection of materials in a wide array of vibrant colors, packaged in easy to install ‘smart’ cartridges that automatically adjust the printer to the appropriate setting, track the amount of material remaining, and are equipped with moisture-lock to preserve the life of the material. My thanks to the entire Objex team for coming to the rescue in what was a really difficult situation. From a ink print, they were able to beautifully render my 18 year dog's paw print into the impression that was not taken by the vet clinic when she passed. The work is more than I could have hoped for, and is so often the case in these situations, the end result was better than the original plan would have yielded. Highly recommend and my thanks to the team again.read more
Should be your first call if you are looking into anything 3D.
This full service company helped answer questions quickly and urged me to call back and keep in touch if I needed anything. Steve was the nicest guy, and made suggestions that were efficient even at the cost of directing business away from Objex because it made sense for me as an individual. That spells a genuine good nature you don't find anywhere and real care.
I was happy to purchase a Formlabs2 from them and know I can call them with confidence. Thanks for the referral Andy.read more
