This right here is a custom ring made with a photo of an iris. The How it’s made video is live on @danocracy pages right now. Today was the launch of Dan Rodo’s first ever jewelry series in partnership with Helen Arion and Objex Unlimited. Every piece is fully customizable from a photo of your eye.
The Lineup:
The Soul – This is a minimal silver ring design that really allows for the custom iris to pop.
The Imagine – This is a little bit more detail to it with three rings around the center piece and a slight eyelid added to this design, giving this piece a little bit more motion.
The Wisdom – This is based off of the all seeing eye. It’s a silver pyramid with your custom iris embedded in the center. The back is completely flat, which is perfect for engravings.
The Dreamer – This design has your custom iris sitting in the middle of a silver teardrop shape.
The Dallas – This is your custom iris, surrounded by diamonds and a detailed design on the side, the exact same as my custom ring, minus the ten year anniversary theme.

You can submit a photo of anything with an eye, whether it be your own, a loved one, or even your pet.
The Eyeballs are modeled from a photo at Objex Unlimited and printed on our Mimaki Inc. 3DUJ-553 full colour 3D printer.
Wax positives of the rings are printed on the 3D Systems Projet 2500w machine.
